Our flexible heaters can be applied to the most complex shapes, geometries, curves and pipes conceivable without sacrificing efficiency or dependability.

These remarkable heating solutions start with an astonishingly thin 0.17 mm profile, and are capable of achieving temperatures up to 150°C, guaranteeing exceptional heat transfer performance.

OUR FLEXIBLE HEATERS

  • Minimal weight & thickness: max weight for a stock heater is 3.5g, cables included.
  • Great flexibility guaranteed by the used nickel/chromium/iron alloy (76/16/8 Inconel).
  • High Ohmic density: up to 330 Ω/cm2
  • Optimal heat transfer, enhanced by the easy installation with qualified 3M 966 PSA.
  • Wide operating temperature range (-65°C to 150°C)
  • Small bending radius: 1mm
  • Low outgassing in vacuum, in compliance with the applicable ESA standard ECSS-Q-ST-70-02
